Job summary

Ascension is seeking a MD/DO physician to join an employed, outpatient practice within a large health system. You will join a team of 2 physicians and 3 APPs, with minimal call and holidays rotation.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, skin biopsies, injections, Pap smears, IUD insertions, and other clinic procedures. This 500-bed Level I Trauma Center serves a population of about one million and is part of Ascension's integrated network.

Qualifications

• Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care within your assigned area by applying advanced diagnostic and treatment skills to improve health outcomes.
• Advocate for clinical excellence by identifying and implementing strategies that enhance the quality and cost‑effectiveness of care.
• Join an established team of 2 physicians and 3 APPs in an outpatient setting with a strong referral base.
