SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice in Brownsville, Wisconsin, with convenient access to Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, and Chicago.

This outpatient-focused role offers eight days of call annually, EPIC EMR, a collaborative team, competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and full benefits within a physician-led, mission-driven system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with residency in Family Medicine and licensing eligibility.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency.
