Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program (ACGME, AOA or Ca nadian equivalent) or waiver path per Credentialing Policy.
• Board certification in the primary area of practice by ABMS/AOA; if residency completed within last 5 years, certification must be achieved within five years.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care across all ages.
• Perform history and physical examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Involve in medical education and clinical research efforts as part of the clinic's foundation.
• Adhere to privileging documents and credentialing requirements.
• Support a busy outpatient clinic with a focus on patient-centered care.
