Job summary

Parkview Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Warren, IN. The role features Monday–Friday hours 7am–6pm with some flexibility, and a call requirement of 1:6. OB is an optional component.

Office is located at 470 Bennett Drive, Warren, IN. Expect 36 hours of patient contact weekly (32 clinic, 4 chart prep), with 22–26 daily encounters. We offer highly competitive salaries with annual incentive opportunities, relocation

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Candidate will practice outpatient Family Medicine.
• flexible hours beyond Mon-Fri 7am–6pm may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care.
• Manage a 22–26 patient daily encounter goal.
• Participate in rounding and chart prep as part of 32 clinic hours + 4 rounding hours.
