Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Endocrinology.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license or immediate eligibility.
• DEA registration active or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic, consultative, and treatment services to adults with endocrine and metabolic disorders.
• Design, implement, and monitor complex diabetes management plans, CGMs, and insulin pump therapy when appropriate.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the primary care team across disciplines.
• Maintain accurate health records in the EHR system.
• Engage in quality improvement, diabetes education, and population health initiatives.
• Educate patients and families on long-term treatment protocols and self-management.
