Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist for a full-time outpatient role in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Join a thriving team within the HMHealth network and contribute to comprehensive endocrine care for a growing patient population.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and communication skills, dedication to patient-centered care, and may participate in teaching with the potential for a faculty appointment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism.
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey (or able to obtain NJ license).
• Outpatient endocrinology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrinology consultations and follow-up for a diverse patient population.
• Diagnose and manage endocrine/metabolic disorders, including diabetes and thyroid diseases.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and utilize insulin pumps/CGM when appropriate.
• Perform and interpret thyroid ultrasound and FNA biopsies where applicable.
• Collaborate with primary care and other specialists for integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in continuous quality improvement.
• Support teaching of students and residents; potential faculty appointment.
• Contribute to departmental meetings and service excellence.
