Job summary

Skagit Regional Health is seeking an additional Endocrinologist to join our hospital-employed team in Mount Vernon, WA. This outpatient, weekday-only position emphasizes work/life balance with no inpatient call duties and a predictable schedule.

You will care for a diverse adult patient population, including diabetes management, and participate in teaching medical students and residents. EPIC EMR with ambient AI tools (Abridge) will support care.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certification required.
• Graduate from an ACGME accredited Endocrinology fellowship program.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
• Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrine care in a collaborative hospital-employed team.
• Manage a diverse adult patient population with diabetes and other endocrine disorders.
• Engage with medical students and residents from SRH Residency Programs.
• Utilize integrated EPIC EMR with ambient AI technology (Abridge).
