Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to establish and grow a dedicated outpatient endocrinology practice within a well-supported healthcare system.

This 100% outpatient role offers clinical autonomy, strong referral support, and the opportunity to build a high-volume practice in a collaborative environment. In-house diagnostic services are available, with teaching/mentorship optional.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible endocrinologist.
• Experience in outpatient endocrinology.
• Ability to develop and grow a high-volume outpatient practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic conditions, and hormonal imbalances.
• Develop and grow a high-volume outpatient practice supported by a strong referral network.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Utilize in-house diagnostic services to support efficient clinical decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
• Optional involvement in teaching and mentorship of trainees.
