This role offers clinical autonomy, strong referral support, and the ability to build a high-volume practice in a collaborative environment with 100% outpatient responsibilities and no inpatient calls.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care, including diabetes, thyroid, metabolic, and hormonal disorders.
• Develop and grow a high-volume outpatient practice with strong referral networks.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Utilize in-house diagnostic services to support efficient clinical decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and mentorship if desired.
