Job summary

Make an impact as a Clinical Dietitian at Morrison Healthcare, Slidell Memorial Hospital, in an outpatient setting. You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education to patients, collaborating with a care team to support outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

The role requires RD/CDR eligibility and state licensure where applicable, with education reimbursement, career growth opportunities, and relocation support. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Conduct nutritional assessments and develop care plans to promote recovery.
• Education: Guide patients, families, staff on nutrition and lifestyle for long-term wellness.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply research aligned with guidelines to ensure high-quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Work with food service teams to meet patient needs.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support training of dietetic interns and staff.
