Job summary

A healthcare company based in Indiana is looking for an entry-level registered nurse (Outpatient RN CAP 1) who will provide competent care and coordinate treatment for patients, particularly focusing on hemodialysis therapy. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing school and hold the necessary state licensure. Responsibilities will include patient assessment, medication administration, and participation in patient care teams. Must have a minimum of 9 months of RN experience and preferred experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 9 months experience as a RN.
• Experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis (preferred).
• Ability to bend, lift, and assist patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Direct and provide daily hemodialysis therapy to patients.
• Perform ongoing collection and analysis of patient data.
