Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients during outpatient hemodialysis sessions.
• Document patient data accurately in the medical record and adjust care plans as indicated.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and self-care.
• Assist with emergency response measures and collaborate with the health care team.
