Valley Health in Front Royal, VA is seeking a Registered Dietitian I to support the Diabetes Management program in outpatient settings. The RD will assess nutrition risk, provide evidence-based nutrition therapy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Nutrition/Dietetics (Master's acceptable) and RD eligibility with AHA certification requirements. Outpatient diabetes care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Assess nutrition risk and determine medically necessary needs.
• Provide discipline-specific nutrition therapy per the care process.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and respond to physician consults.
• Document and bill in accordance with guidelines.

Responsibilities
