Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a medical office or clinic is required (1+ year) with direct patient care.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with hands-on patient experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical support in an outpatient clinic.
• Obtain vital signs, document patient history and medications, and support patient flow.
• Manage EMR (EPIC), schedule appointments, process medication requests, and coordinate tests.
