The Center for Human Development (CHD), West Springfield's Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic, is hiring both part-time and full-time clinicians to join our integrated care team!

Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking licensed clinicians with LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC credentials to join the West Springfield Clinic's integrated care team. Clinicians will be responsible for providing individual, couple, family, or group therapy to both child and adult populations, utilizing evidence-based practices. This role involves collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, recovery coaches, and medical staff. Candidates must be compassionate, communicative, collaborative, adaptable, and capable of working with diverse populations.

Job Types:

Flexible scheduling options available, including full-time or part-time roles. Nights and Saturdays are available.

Requirements:

Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensure is required.

Compensation:

Starting salary ranges from $52,000 to $65,000, depending on experience.

Fee-for-service rates range from $37.00 to $42.00 per billable hour, based on experience.

Qualifications (Preferred):

Master of Science degree.
