Chestnut Health Systems seeks an integrated outpatient clinician in Illinois to work with clients on co-occurring mental health and substance use services. The role supports both Granite City and Wood River offices with full-time daytime hours, Mon-Fri.

The position offers a starting salary between $54,000 and $61,000 annually, with consideration of qualifications and local market conditions. NHSC loan repayment up to $100,000 is available for eligible providers.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field and qualify as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) in Illinois.
• Must be willing to be trained in the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA).
• Must obtain CRA certification within 3 months following training.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Teams and EMR.
• Must be willing and able to offer telehealth services as dictated by funding and client needs.

Overview

The region’s leading provider of integrated behavioral and primary health care is seeking an integrated outpatient clinician to work with our clients for co-occurring (Mental Health & Substance Use) services. This position can be based at our Granite City or Wood River, IL office.

This position is full-time; daytime hours, Mon-Fri.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $54,000 - $61,000 annual salary.

There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.

This role is Student Loan Repayment Eligible.

National Health Service Corp (NHSC) LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM - The NHSC LRP offers up to $100,000 for providers working in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Help consumers to regain control over their lives through self-directed recovery.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to be trained in the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA).
• Must obtain CRA certification within 3 months following training.
• Basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, Outlook, Teams, email and an electronic medical record (EMR).
• Must be willing and able to offer telehealth services, as dictated by funding sources, client needs/desires and supervisory assignment.
