What you will do in this role:

• This individual is responsible for working with internal and external customers to identify patients appropriate for admission to the Behavioral Health Unit.
• Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager and Director of Intake and Admission as appropriate.

Salary range: $54,000 - $85,000 per year. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this annual rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this annual rate.
