Job summary

LifeStance Health in Carrollton, TX is seeking licensed clinical psychologists to join our growing behavioral health team. This hybrid outpatient role focuses on patient care, conducting adult and/or child assessments, planning batteries, writing reports, and delivering constructive feedback to patients and families.

We offer above-market compensation with uncapped earnings, a full benefits package, annual cash bonuses, and strong work–life balance. Qualified candidates are Texas‑licensed (Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Texas with Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experience conducting assessments for adults and/or children/adolescents.

• Hybrid role; candidates should be based in Dallas.

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking clinicians that are:

• Fully licensed in Texas, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D

• Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions
• This is a hybrid role, candidates should be based in Dallas.
