Benefis Health System seeks an outpatient Clinical Psychologist to join a growing behavioral health team in Great Falls, MT. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct diagnostic assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group including psychologists, counselors, and psychiatrists.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, work-life balance, and opportunities to mentor clinicians and engage with medical students within a supportive academic-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• Doctoral PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology with APA- accredited internship and post-doctoral fellowship.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities and excellent communication with patients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide empirically supported psychotherapy to individuals, families, and/or groups using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).
• Perform psychological assessments for diagnostic clarification.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team and participate in weekly case consultations.
• Mentor masters-level clinicians and teach medical students as opportunities arise.
• Support a 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule with flexibility and no evenings or weekends.
