STG International seeks a Medical Support Assistant to provide clerical support at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The role includes greeting patients, updating records, and coordinating appointments to ensure efficient clinic flow and continuity of care.

The MSA will assist in maintaining patient data, preparing encounters, and supporting the medical team in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Qualifikationen

• Front office experience is required and shifts include clerical support.
• Familiarity with scheduling and coordinating clinical care processes.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.

• Greets and checks in patients and updates records as needed.
