Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take accurate vital signs and document findings in the EMR.
• Room patients, review visit reason, medications, allergies, and document clinical info.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and immunizations as allowed by licensure.
• Perform point-of-care testing and wound care as trained.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Coordinate follow-up visits and referrals; manage clinic flow.
