Community Medical Center in Missoula, MT, is seeking a registered nurse to float among clinics, providing intake, vitals, and patient education, while supporting physicians across multiple departments. The role requires an RN license, ADN, and at least one year in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire.
• One (1) year of outpatient physician services experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patients: greeting, escorting to exam rooms, taking vitals and histories.
• Prepare and maintain patient education materials and equipment.
• Phoning in prescriptions with physician approval and charting.
• Prepare informed consent forms and relay orders to other providers as needed.
• Fill in for scribe and assist with patient check-in and phone coverage.
