Job summary

Burger Physical Therapy seeks a State Board Licensed Physical Therapist to join as Outpatient Clinic Director at our Natomas Sacramento clinic. This full-time, exempt role leads clinic operations and collaborates with the Director of Outpatient Services and corporate staff.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical standards, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in on-call coverage, and drive program development to support growth while enjoying a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with State Board license.
• Experience in outpatient clinic leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and patient scheduling for efficient operation.
• Monitor clinical standards and make staffing recommendations.
• Ensure efficiency of clinical staff per company standards.
• Be available for on-call service and staff therapy as assigned.
• Oversee clinic orientation and staff training.
• Conduct chart audits to ensure regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor new programs to promote efficiency and growth.
