Job summary

The Children's Guild seeks a Therapist/Clinician to join our Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC) team across Maryland and D.C. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed care.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized plans, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development, with licensure support and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Graduate licensure in MD or DC preferred; candidates awaiting licensure encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy) under supervision.
