Job summary

Lowell General Hospital, part of Tufts Medicine, seeks an outpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology team in Chelmsford, MA. You will provide clinical care to patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient setting, collaborating with cardiologists and other clinicians to optimize treatment.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, MA NP license, CPR certification, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current license as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current certification in CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of cardiology conditions in the outpatient setting.
• Develop longitudinal relationships with patients and collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary team members.

Tufts Medicine - Lowell General Hospital is currently seeking an outpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology team in Chelmsford, MA.This position will provide clinical care to patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient setting. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate, manage, and optimize treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic cardiac disease.
