Portland Mental Health & Wellness is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for its Behavioral Medicine & Wellness service line in Portland, OR. The role delivers evidence-based psychotherapy under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Medicine & Wellness, with a focus on insomnia, metabolic health, HAES-aligned care, and collaborative treatment across disciplines.

The position is full-time, exempt, with a caseload that may expand as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Master’s in psychology or counseling or a related field required.
• Doctoral degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program preferred or required by licensure.
• Appropriate board-approved licensing and current unrestricted license required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed outpatient psychotherapy to adults across Foundational service areas.
• Conduct intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment planning.
• Maintain active outpatient caseload and document in EHR per HIPAA and payer requirements.
• Provide patient education and, where appropriate, co-facilitate group programming.
• Coordinate care with referring providers and contribute to service development and supervision.

Formation

Master's degree in psychology or counseling (or related field)

Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (APA accredited)
