Job summary

Reporting to the Nurse Manager and Health Center Administrator, you will coordinate care, mentor staff, and drive quality initiatives, while maintaining clinical grounding and fostering evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• At least three years of clinical experience.
• Ambulatory nursing experience is required.
• Experience with process and performance improvement initiatives.
• Current NC RN licensure; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and staffing support for clinical programs.
• Coordinate care delivery and mentor staff to improve quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient care.
• Lead educational activities, committees, and quality initiatives.
• Evaluate resources and guide equipment/material use.
• Support professional growth through role modeling and precepting.
