Job summary

Atrium Health's Allergy, Asthma & Immunology clinics in the Charlotte area are seeking an RN to provide comprehensive patient care across the nursing process, coordinating care and ensuring safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires an accredited nursing program, an RN license in the practice state, at least 1 year of RN experience, and BLS certification; BSN is preferred. This position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, in a multi-specialty ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license in the practicing state.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Current BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Monday–Friday 8:00a–5:00p.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience using evidence-based practice and strong communication.
