Lexington Health in West Columbia, SC seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients to prevent, restore and optimize function across age groups. You will participate in development of individualized treatment plans and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

Performs occupational therapy professional services that are concerned with the evaluation and treatment of individuals to prevent, treat and restore function following disease, trauma, psychological or social disability. Services may include various occupational therapy tests, measurements, exercises and modalities.
Minimum Education: Graduate of an OT program approved by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (or other AOTA endorsed accrediting body) or other educational program which the board considers to be equivalent

Substitutable Education & Experience: None.
Required Certifications/Licensure: Current and active Occupational Therapist license by the State of South Carolina;
CPR Certification.
