Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a full-time outlet associate to operate the cash register, process sales, and provide excellent customer service at our Fort Worth location. You will count cash, process cards, and keep the area tidy while meeting daily quotas.

Strong math skills and clear communication are essential. Flexible availability for a 4x10 hour schedule with three days off per week is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Operate POS and credit card devices.
• Strong math and cash handling basics.
• Will learn and operate equipment after training.
• Open availability for 4x10 hour shifts weekly.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS and cash register according to guidelines.
• Count cash drawer and give correct change; handle credit card transactions.
• Keep work area clean and organized; stock and sort merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer telephones.
• Meet daily production quotas and support recycling/sorting processes.
