Bloomingdale’s Woodfield is seeking an Outlet Team Associate to join our store in Woodfield. This full-time role focuses on driving sales through exceptional customer engagement and efficient merchandising.

You will perform POS transactions, assist with pricing and floor recovery, and help maintain an inviting shopping environment while supporting store operations and meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store profit by providing exceptional customer engagement.
• Handle POS transactions including sales, returns, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop selling floor.
• Assist with pricing, tagging, stocking, and floor recovery.
