Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, processing, and moving inventory from delivery to sales floor to support an elevated customer experience at RH Outlets. This hands‑on role operates in both the stockroom and on the sales floor, maintaining a safe, organized, and brand‑reflective environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure all inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Able to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
