Job summary

Bloomingdale's Outlet is seeking an Outlet Team Member in New York to drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service and merchandising support. You will engage customers, assist with pricing and stock management, and help keep the selling floor clean and organized.

The role requires a friendly, efficient approach and the ability to operate POS systems, handle cash, and work flexible retail hours, including holidays and weekends. Growth opportunities and an employee discount are available.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sell and serve customer needs in a friendly, efficient, and helpful manner.
• Support store operating efficiency including pricing, merchandise handling, stock processing, stockroom organization, and floor recovery.
• Perform POS transactions including sales, returns, payments, and cash handling.
• Ensure items are floor ready, tagged, and properly ticketed; maintain floor appearance and organization.
