Rooms To Go is hiring an Outlet Office Assistant to support sales staff, customers, and store management in our store offices. You will handle payments, finance applications, answer delivery questions, and assist with a variety of office duties.

Starting pay is $14–$16 per hour, with benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or returning to the workforce, with strong customer service and basic computer

Qualifications

• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation.
• MS Office understanding and basic computer skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal.
• Open to applicants with or without a high school diploma/GED.
• Good for entry-level or returning to workforce.
