Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Outlet Quality Associate to execute maintenance and housekeeping initiatives at the Commack Outlet. You will partner with the Outlet Team to plan, coordinate, and perform preventive and reactive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and assets, while upholding RH standards.

This role requires attention to detail, experience with preventive maintenance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations for the outlet.
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets such as doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders.
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
• Work closely with the Outlet Team to address maintenance needs and uphold RH quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and HAZMAT requirements.
