Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not required as we provide extensive training.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment at an independently owned Ace Hardware store, with two weeks advance scheduling and opportunities to learn and grow from day one. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No prior hardware experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and helpful attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Help customers complete purchases quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
