Job Summary
Our Retail Shift Managers assist the Store Management Team by overseeing daily operations on the sales floor and providing leadership to our Retail Sales Guides. They provide our guests with an extraordinary customer experience by sharing their passion for the activities and products that the NOC promotes.
Responsibilities

Outline the schedule for the day
Stocking and cleaning
Ensure a positive guest experience
