Job summary

Fleet Feet in West Lafayette is seeking an Outfitter to create memorable, personalized shopper experiences. You’ll help customers choose footwear, apparel, and gear that fit their fitness journeys, while fostering an welcoming in-store environment and building lasting relationships with shoppers, peers, and vendor partners.

You’ll stay current on product features and participate in events, group runs, and training programs that strengthen our local running community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to help customers reach their fitness goals.
