Shine Window Care is hiring for a Window Cleaning & Exterior Cleaning Technician in Farmington Hills, MI. Start at $17/hour with potential to reach $18/hour after training, plus tips and bonus opportunities. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with paid training and PTO.

You’ll work outdoors, visit homes/businesses, learn new skills, and be part of a positive team environment. No experience is required; we’ll pay you during training.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installation.
• Work outdoors at homes and businesses and learn new skills.
• Follow schedule and complete tasks in a team environment.
