Job summary

DPI Staffing is seeking Flaggers to support a project in Salem, OR. Work outdoors directing traffic to protect motorists and workers, with schedules that vary from day to day.

Shifts typically Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend work. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, paid weekly. You’ll join a team that values safety, attentiveness, and reliability in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Flagger certification (or ability to obtain prior to starting).
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic using signs, flags, and hand signals.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices.
• Monitor traffic conditions and adjust control methods as needed.
• Report unsafe working conditions or incidents to supervisory staff
