Utility Lines Construction Services, LLC is seeking an entry-level Streetlight Technician to install and maintain streetlights and related equipment in outdoor settings. The company provides paid on-the-job training, tools, uniforms, PPE, and a weekly pay schedule.

The role involves operating aerial devices, heavy equipment, and coordinating with locating companies, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining thorough job logs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in using voltmeters, power tools and hand tools.
• Weather permitting, 40 hours per week; overtime/weekend hours may be required.
• Knowledge of power delivery components and safe operation of heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate aerial devices to install and maintain streetlights.
• Operate and maneuver construction equipment (digger derrick, bucket trucks, backhoes, air compressors, generators).
• Maintain logs and communicate with management and locating companies.
• Interpret blueprints and plans; follow safety protocols around energized equipment.
• Coordinate with traffic control and utility partners during construction.
