Job summary

Path Light Pro is seeking a Full-Time Entry-Level Stormwater Erosion Inspector to join our outdoor-focused team in Florida. The role emphasizes independence, accuracy, and adherence to EPA Stormwater, OSHA, and energy-related regulations while supporting client needs.

Day-to-day duties include site evaluations, documenting with electronic systems, communicating regulatory requirements to client crews, and maintaining records such as SWPPP logs and BMP maps.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or trade/vocational certification required.
• Knowledge of general construction and environmental regulations a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to walk on varied terrain inclines and uneven ground.
• Reliable transportation required and able to travel to remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction site evaluations for EPA Stormwater compliance and OSHA safety.
• Verify erosion/sediment control practices and energy code requirements are met.
• Document site evaluations electronically and maintain onsite records.
• Communicate regulatory requirements to client personnel on site.
• Consult with clients to anticipate compliance issues and improve efficiency.
• Update SWPPP logs, BMP maps, and site postings.
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Educate clients on Path Light Pro services and potential new offerings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
