Job summary

Out Teach seeks an Instructional Coach to lead professional learning and coach teachers in bringing science and other subjects outdoors. You will help co-plan lessons, model dynamic instruction, and develop lasting partnerships with schools and educators in Denver, CO.

The role emphasizes real-world outdoor learning, equity, and scalable impact within a growing Coaching Corps. Remote and in-person work in Denver are possible as part of the applicant’s flexibility.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of elementary teaching experience with outdoor learning experience.
• Experience coaching teachers and delivering professional development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on professional learning, virtual or in person.
• Guide teachers on cross-disciplinary outdoor science instruction.
• Coach teachers to design and deliver lesson plans using the 5E model for STEM topics.
• Embed outdoor learning into school culture and build partnerships.
