Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking motivated Laborers/Groundmen to support land clearing and construction projects. This role helps equipment operators, maintains safe sites, and performs hands-on work such as debris removal, site prep, and general labor tasks in outdoor environments.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and willing to work outdoors in various weather and terrain conditions while traveling to jobsites as needed. Training is provided for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• Prior construction or land clearing experience preferred but not required (will train).
• Ability to safely use hand tools and small equipment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to travel to job sites (per diem provided where applicable).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsite.
• Willing to work 40-hour weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist equipment operators and crews with daily site operations.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as clearing debris, setting up jobsites and preparing materials.
• Maintain safe work zones by spotting for equipment and directing traffic when needed.
• Use hand tools, chainsaws and small equipment as directed.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
• Support land clearing and construction crews with additional tasks as needed.
