A Hiring Company is seeking a physically capable general maintenance worker in Madison, WI to install posters and bulletin signage and perform maintenance on the structure and surrounding property. The role involves working with Digital Assets as required.

The job requires climbing ladders to 125 feet, working from elevated platforms, and handling heavy lifting with safe practices; familiarity with torch/welder operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate with external clients and internal staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Installs posters and bulletin signage and maintains related structures.
• Climbs fixed, portable, and extension ladders to heights up to 125 feet.
• Works from elevated platforms up to 125 feet for up to 70% of the work day.
• Lifts up to 100 lbs with safe lifting practices.
• Learns to operate oxygen/acetylene torch and AC/DC welder.
• Operates gas-powered equipment (lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Follows safety procedures and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
