Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Security Officers for Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, patrolling outdoors, and reporting incidents. Candidates must meet experience, background, and general safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of 2 years of security experience.
• Must pass ALL pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency situations in person.
• Patrol and monitor multiple premises in all weather.
• Use alarm signals and dispatch security personnel per SOPs.
• Answer incoming lines and report incidents.
• Work independently and as part of a team to respond to incidents.
• Review security footage and conduct investigations as needed.
• Maintain calm, fast-paced 대응 and write detailed incident reports.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity to authorities.
