Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a dependable, customer-focused team member for our Poway operations. This entry-level role combines customer service, warehouse tasks, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance, with world-class training provided.

The position is indoor/outdoor, physical, and fast-paced, with a friendly, family-owned culture and a commitment to treating customers right. Prior landscape experience not required; training starts day one.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation products.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders (stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape).
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked warehouse and yard.
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers; assist with cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Load/unload materials using company delivery vehicles and deliver to local job sites with good service.
