Job summary

CSPC Solutions is seeking a full-time maintenance specialist to support the sustainment and operations of live fire ranges. Responsibilities include maintenance of equipment, buildings, and grounds, with painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of Range Sustainment experience; must lift up to 40 pounds, work outside in all weather, hold a valid driver's license, and be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years of Range Sustainment experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Must possess a valid state issued driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds in a single lift.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Conduct grounds maintenance including mowing and berm upkeep.
• Maintain facilities and range components (painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Operate range-related vehicles and equipment (mowers, trailers).
• Assist with land navigation points and range upkeep.
