Accurate Surveying & Planning, Inc. in Buford, GA is hiring an IMMEDIATE POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN. No experience is necessary; we will train you. If you have a willingness to learn, a positive attitude and love to work outdoors, then this is the place for you. You must be a TEAM PLAYER.

Primary duties include servicing 45+ accounts weekly, maintaining salt systems, and interacting with homeowners. Benefits include a company vehicle and CPO certification training.

Qualifications

• Legal ability to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear criminal history with no felony convictions.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license and good driving record.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Well-spoken, dedicated and organized with a good work ethic.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Self-starter who can work alone without constant management.
• Able to work outdoors in heat and cold year-round.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Electrical, plumbing and general mechanical knowledge a plus.
• Teachable and willing to learn and grow.
• Able to swim.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the core values of the company.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Operates and maintains company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Performs full pool service on 45+ accounts per week and leaves properties better than before.
• Gains knowledge of chemical treatments and explains them to clients.
• Interacts with homeowners daily in a professional manner.
• Maintains salt systems/chlorine generators.
• Cleans/Backwashes sand and cartridge filters.
• Diagnoses, repairs, and installs pool equipment.
