Job summary

Bell Nursery is seeking a part-time merchandiser in Hamilton, OH to stock live plants and set up attractive displays in major garden centers. You will manage inventory, assist customers, and ensure plants stay healthy and properly displayed.

Role runs during the garden season (February through October). Lifting up to 50 lb, working outdoors, and using payroll/inventory apps are required. Weekend work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lb and stand/walk outdoors for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps for payroll/inventory management.
• Willingness to work weekends (strongly preferred).
• Screening for prohibited drugs will be conducted before start.

Responsibilities

• Unload, move, and stock live-goods shipments.
• Set up merchandising displays and plan-o-grams.
• Maintain accurate inventory and monitor plant care standards.
• Communicate with store leadership on execution and status.
• Provide basic customer service as needed.
